Tasty Fat Burning Foods - For a Healthier Body

Losing weight is a very common problem and most people try to find fat burning foods that are also not very bland in taste. Fortunately, there are some recipes that can serve both purposes of reducing fat and being delicious. Let us check out some of these fat burning foods, which are extremely delicious and at the same time, healthy.

First comes the crust-less Quiche. You would need: six egg whites, a teaspoon of baking powder, a cup of broccoli, a teaspoon of olive oil (virgin), a small quantity of powdered garlic and minute amounts of salt and pepper (remember adding too much salt spoils the purpose of fat burning foods). Here is the method:

first of all, the eggs are to be whisked with the dry ingredients and then baked in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a set temperature of 375 F until the color turns golden brown. One can also try the Turkey burger (Turkey meat is low fat, low calorie and high in protein content). For this you would need: four oz lean ground Turkey pieces of meat, quarter of a cup of spinach, some almonds, mushrooms and little salt and/or pepper. First, all the ingredients are to be mixed in a bowl, which then needs to be heated in a pan at medium, followed by adding a teaspoon of virgin olive oil. Then with a clean and slightly wet hand, mould the preparation into the shape and size of the burger you want. Finally, cook it till it becomes golden brown fried. It may be served with savoury rice and salad.

There are other fat burning foods as well. For lunch, you can have the sandwiches of open rye, sweetened chili chicken. It may include the jalapeno chillies, some of the tastiest chillies, which can add some burn to the chicken and speed up your metabolism and thereby help in fat burning. You would need the following: 2 rye bread slices, two cooked chicken fillets, smooth cottage cheese of two spoons, a tomato, sweet chili sauce, sliced Jalapeno chillies and lettuce. First, you need to have the mixture of sweet chili sauce and cheese to chill. The chicken fillets need to be shredded. Then spread cheese on the rye bread and on top of it put the chicken, the tomato, the chillies and the lettuce. The above mentioned fat burning foods are great ways to indirectly burn fat.
