Low-calorie diets are UNHEALTHY! Do NOT use them!

Your body is an intricate maze of complex machinery. Organs, blood, bones, sensory, skin…

All synergistically working together to perform its’ BEST for you! So when you introduce something so drastic as missing nutrient rich meals, ingesting diet pills, eating one food group only, or, alternately, removing a food group, you are sabotaging the unique and delicate balance that your body needs to function! And your body reacts by adjusting accordingly!

Although each person is different , our bodies all react in the same way when you interrupt the natural course of diet, metabolism, and exercise. When you starve yourself-your body says, “Woah! I do not have enough carbs, calories, or fat to work with here!” So suddenly, your body slows down your fat burning process and it rejects the modification which you make in order to ineffectively lose weight!

THAT is why FAD DIETS DO NOT WORK! You cannot fool your body into anything! Its’ balance is dependent upon YOU filling it with excellent food choices which provide your machine-YOU-with the proper nutrients to accelerate your FAT BURNING process!
